Banned for reporting bots

I reported tons of bots to help the game and i was the one who got banned.. C:
i did the inquiry thing, they asked some information and that's it, no more responses
does that mean im not getting my account back?

 

they might have flagged you for 'malicious reporting'.

usually bans are permanent, although there have been cases of people being unbanned when the auto-ban system was involved.

if they truly follow their own policy to investigate on all reports, they may find your reports legitimate and unban you.
although this would take some time.

 

well at least there's a chance of solving this
