Banned just because using hardware that used cheat long time ago.

So to start this story i'm using my PC for cheating maybe last year, after that i think only my chara that got banned. But i started playing in the middle of anniversary event, afteri launch toram i got Ban Message so i trying to find how to "log out" in Toram PC. And i found it with delete registry, after that i can play normally.
But dissaster begin when i trying to make new account, i got banned message so in my mind "oh shit, so i can't new play in PC" atleast i already have new account (register from Mobile). And i'm just normally play until i got Halberd High Diff on another account, so i decide to reset my progression to second account. Gifted all my equipment on there, and some spina (ofc with safety). Played normally maybe around 4-5 days, until suddenly i got banned for no reason?, when i trying to login on my another account it's got banned too (1-3 account, mostly just bank for SS). I mean wtf? so as ex-cheater we can't play again even though never cheating again? when i trying to reach customer support they're really slow respond, last time i got reply for them is 24-25 last month. They just saying wait 3 days (weekday/workday) or more, but until now no information i got. LOL, My first time i have experience from customer support really slow like this, normally they can process our report 1-3 days because they got all information (Report Number, ID, IGN, HWID, etc).

asobimo, or the toram team specifically, is understaffed so the waiting time very long, and they generally don't respond to messages unless they inquire further information.

if they caught you cheating, they may have found a way to detect the tool you used, so the security system can flag you simply for having the tool installed even if you didn't actively use it.

penalty policy states that all penalties are cumulative. so if they can identify your new pc account by the same ID as your old one, the same penalties are applied to all your accounts.
