    Intro and Purpose

Hi everyone silly enough to read all this! I would like to start by saying I am still very much a beginner to this game. Most of the information I am going to provide here I have found through a plethora of other sources (See Credits) and in many cases I will actually direct you to that source. The purpose of this guide will be to lead a new player in Toram through the steps that will make them self-sufficient and help them avoid many of the pitfalls I had.

NOTE: This is just one of many ways to go about the game but I believe it is probably one of the most efficient ways if you don’t want to spend months farming and grinding and trying to learn everything at once.

    CREDITS

I can’t even begin to list the people and places that I should credit with most of the information I will be presenting. For starters I would like to thank everyone in the Forums for the amazing amount of spread out information. Second I would like to thank everyone in my first guild Ray of Light and its leader Debashis for getting me started out and my new guild Infinite Flame. Third the team at Coryn Club has provided me with invaluable information through this process. Finally would be all of the people in game who took time to answer my 4328943 questions. Yes that is an accurate number and no I won’t list the questions.

    Chise H. – Emblem clarification.

Things to know before you start!

    1. Familiarize yourself with the Toram Online Forums and Coryn Club websites as soon as you have the time. It isn’t necessary immediately if you are following this guide but sooner rather than later would be good.

    2. The controls and menus are not very intuitive and I am sure have frustrated many a new player into quitting. They are very versatile and useful once you get the hang of it though. Stick with it!

    3. Read the News feed. At least pay attention to it. Other than useful information about patch times and updates and of course all the marketing for orbs items there is a very useful feed every week that. There is a weekly special event with a list of bosses, minibosses, and mobs that are boosted 50% EXP and 50% drop rate. KNOW WHAT THESE ARE THIS WEEK! Especially when you are trying to use the Coryn Club website. It has excellent leveling information and you can cross these two resources to make money and level at the same time.

    4. Save these items when you get them. I will explain more why under the Orbs and Avatars and Boss Support Gems sections. Orbs, Orb Shards, Avatar Tickets, Ticket Pieces, Travelers Gems. Anything that goes into your Special Items list.

    5. Collect all emblems when you get them. If you have one you will see what looks like a red ribbon icon under your name. Click it. Click emblem in News (Menu, Community, News) is the other way to reach it. Receive them all whenever you get them.

    6. Accept all friend requests. A friend request shows in the same place as above but looks like a piece of paper. Eventually you can dump any or all of these friends but you want to reach 100 as fast as possible. The reason being is you can receive quite a decent quantity of orbs this way. NOTE: DO NOT SPAM PEOPLE WITH FRIEND REQUESTS. There is a part of this game that creates new accounts and spams people to create orbs and then dump the accounts. This is not something I have any opinion on personally. Most of your random friend requests will come from these people. Accept them and move on. Many of the good players however do not appreciate constant spammed friend requests and it could get you blocked by people who in the future you wish to associate with. Let your friends list fill naturally.

    7. Potum Darts: Play Potum Darts every day. I usually do this when I get my Daily Login Stamp. That reminds me to play Darts. You can get some very good items from this. You can access this two ways. 1. Menu, News, Play Potum Darts. 2. Menu, Treasure Chest, scroll to the very bottom to the big banner with Potum Darts and click it. The preferable method in the beginning would be for you to stay out of the Orb Shop until you have a good understanding of Orbs. Use the News option. This is a simple dart board game that can give some very nice prizes. You have 3 chances and it is very easy to miss several times and get frustrated as well as get rewards you don’t know what to do with. That’s ok, that’s why I wrote this. Always tap towards the very top middle of the dart board and you should hit almost every time. What is all this stuff and what should I do with it? Which prizes should I keep? This is entirely up to you but my personal opinion would order it something along the lines of this. 1st Group. Books and Boss Support Gems. These two items should always be accepted if they are gotten, I prefer books to the gems but they are both quite nice. More on those later. 2nd Group. Life Potions, Mana Potions…maybe material boxes. This stuff can be useful but nothing special. 3rd Group. Spina. Regera. Revita. Vita+. This stuff is meh…better than nothing, barely. I might have left a couple things out. Revive Droplets are nice. I would place those between 1 and 2. Whatever, try to get books and gems. Avoid smith hammers and refinement powder. These are fairly garbage.

Ok, We will start with a kind of brief overview of how the flow of this guide is going to work. We are going start by making your main character. It can be any class and this guide will still be valid however if you are reading this guide and have not yet started the game (which means you are a lot like me) just make a mage. It will make your life a little easier. We are going to assume you are building a luck mage first and a tech smith second with your third on being whatever you want but you can adapt to fit wherever you are in the game.

    Character 1: Luck Mage

I believe that you should on your first character make sure you get to whatever level is max (or at least 120-125) before you start your second or third character. The reason for this is because you get increased experience gain on other characters after your first depending on how high level they are. At 30 60 90 120 and 150 you gain an additional bunch of exp (10-14ish % at each marker) on any other characters you make. Also, you get various emblems granting additional stat points and skill points every 5 levels or so and for random emblems. Finally, when you unlock certain Skill levels, for example Magic 3 skills are unlocked on your mage and now you make a bow character. At level 1 you can unlock Bow 3 skills.

So, the first decision I made was a mage. The reasons I chose mage were these…farm my own materials, blacksmith +A +S, farm boss xtals, break, good all-rounder and money maker. I also like that most of the high DPS classes in the game are physical based. Thanks to proration if you play a luck mage right you can still be useful in a group and not just a leach. I will teach you this as we move along. Look up a guide about the various types of luck mages either on the Forums or YouTube. There are several good ones and most of this build is rather unimportant. The only part of the build I would say you must have is this 255 luck (Stat), Impact 10 (7 probably ok…but why?) Storm 10, MP Charge 10, and Drop Rate 10 (under survival skills). Ok, that is easy enough. Let us talk about how you are going to go about playing this part of your game. You have finished the tutorial and ended up in Sofya. The world is now open for you to explore.

What should I do next? The main quest. I am going to try to avoid using hard numbers like hours and days here because everyone plays at different levels. So, start your main quest and start to get a handle on the controls. At this point you want to try to familiarize yourself with the menus and controls. They are immensely useful but not very intuitive at all. I am a longtime gamer and it took me a while to struggle through the controls. CAVEAT: I haven’t ever really played any mobile MMO’s or even any MMO’s in years.

Tips: Use shortcuts. Browse through all the settings. There are some extremely useful things in there that I will try to mention along the way if I remember them. Avoid doing anything in the Orbs menu other than playing your Daily Potum Darts. Play through Chapter 1 at least and as you go hopefully you find a few friends or maybe join a guild. Any way you go about it try to get a few strong mercenaries. These can ease your game. As you are familiarizing yourself with the mechanics and parties and chat and everything else make sure you learn how to use mercenaries. It is actually possible to fill your entire party and play the game solo quite easily. 1. You of course 2. Guild Mercenary. 3. Accompany yourself with another character of your own. 4. Call a pet. Now you have a full party and as you progress through this guide it can quite easily do most of the stuff you want by yourself. It is more fun and beneficial to play with others though as this is an MMO.

Why are we focusing on the Main Quest line (Quest 1 on your quest log if you didn’t know yet.) Many reasons, It makes you travel around and learn the zones. Make use of the World Map and the Action button to learn where things are located. Hold the Action Button for a brief period of time and then click on the zone you want to go to. Tap the red button on the left and it will target the zone and point you in it direction. Use the minimap to locate yourself in relation to the portal. After that of course the devs will make it an awkward and silly route 9/10 time. TIPS: If you have a player or zone targeted and can’t move camera just tap a creature near you to target it. Tap and hold. Then swipe up or down to untarget and free up your camera. That took me entirely to long to learn.

Ok. I am getting familiar with all this noob stuff and the quest line is terrible! What now? Keep doing the Main Quest…just finish it. If you are having trouble with bosses and haven’t learned yet…you can exit any MQ boss encounter and reenter it on Easy mode. I think I almost finished the quest before I found out that tidbit. Easy Mode is reached by removing the first filled in circle with double crossed swords by hitting the left arrow. You can increase the amount of filled in circles for Normal, Hard, Nightmare, and Ultimate. I will tell you some other things below that you can do if you truly must break from it. It is long and it is boring but you only have to do it once…and if you even semi pay attention to it…the first part of CH 7 actually makes up for how terrible all the rest is, I promise.

Why though? Pelulu sucks! Triel is ok but Balft? Come on…Please? Listen, depending on where you are in this game by the time you read this it might not really matter. Here’s the thing though. The Main Quest is the easiest way to level up your first character. With a few strong mercenaries you can easily beat almost all of it solo using the Easy mode trick above which is literally 10x easier than Normal mode.

Ok so you finished the MQ or you didn’t and you wonder what else you can do while you try to mentally genocide the Cule race.

Well, you need to get some spina and some gear obviously. If you haven’t been introduced to the Minotaur yet…well, I hope you like beef and brought an appetite. Go to the ruined temple and farm the Minotaur for a while. Try to get as many skins as you can. This place is usually fairly crowded and it is easy to get in a party at Ultimate even if you are completely useless. This guy is a good place to learn to start dodging boss attacks as well. TIPS: Do NOT break minotaur parts. Usually you want to break boss parts to get increased chance of rare items and experience. However, you don’t want rare items. You want Minotaur Skins Hooves and Horns. You might actually have to break for horns. I am not sure but the skins are the most important things. You can get 2x or 3x skins without breaking parts sometimes depending on party makeup and if you win any additional prizes.

Spend as little or as long as you want here but I would suggest getting at least 1 stk of 99 Minotaur Skins and 3 would be better. What do you do with your skins hooves and horns? Well, for 3 weeks I sold the skins between 140-170k spina each. The price changes along with the prices of Anti-Degradation Potions. At some point someone told me that you could turn 3 skins into and Antideg. Well, I assumed this meant alchemy or something but NO! Apparently you just turn them into Lefina in Sofya by the consignment board under the Quest: Proof of Courage (level 20) and get a potion. So, why did I sell skins for all this time when if I was going to spend the time farming all those bloody skins…I couldn’t spend a fractionally smaller time converting 3 stks of skins ~450k spina into 1stk of Antideg for 500-600k spina.

Alright, I made some money! What should I buy? See a guide on the Forums or YouTube to explain potential and statting and refining to you. These concepts are going to save you money and make you money in the near future because no one wants to kill the Minotaur again right? Here is how I would suggest you spend your first 100k-1 mil spina so as to not waste to much on beginner gear.

    Luck Mage Gear (Suggested)

NO SLOTS ON ARMOR, WEAPONS, ADDITIONAL GEAR – Why? Because it is going to be cheaper for you to refine it first and then get it slotted. Refinement is MUCH more difficult with already slotted gear.

Armor – Holy Robe with minimum of Base Def or higher is better and 60+ pot – Price subject to change but you can get this pretty cheap. 16-20k. When you are ready to refine and stat it of course make it +S but you can make it +E for 15k or so probably. Stats, just add cheap and easy stats for this character. 7%int 7% MAtk and maybe some cast speed or something. Shouldn’t cost you much to stat. You don’t need +14 anything on this character but if you can get it go for it. +15 soon. XTals – If you ever bother getting around to slotting this particular gear, look up xtals I don’t know yet.

Weapon – You need 3 weapons. Grab a chimera arrow from whatever boss has it, look on Coryn Club I forget. 300 mp and 67 base atk or something like that. Some crit too I think. You will need a staff for boss farming. Start with a Vulcan Staff that drops from the boss (it adds some nice hp which will help your squishy worthless butt) and Wrath of Vulcan MD with some potential and good base atk…I dunno look up some cheap stats to give you some extra damage and get those added. Same concept as above with the Armor on xtals. The pieces themselves shouldn’t be that expensive. I could be wrong but 30-60k maybe each?

Additional Gear – A few options here. You get a Mining Bag at some point in the MQ with 1% drop rate. There was a 1% drop rate hat from Christmas Event and a Bunny Ear Hood with 2% drop rate that I got off the consignment board. Whatever you get slot it if you can or get one slotted. Bunny Ear Hood is best and unslotted about 150k when I got mine. After slotted add a 1% drop Perro xtal for 3%.

Special Gear – 1s Philosopher’s Ring. Can be gotten cheap on CB if you are lucky. I think I got mine for 45k. Just keep looking or go farm one. This part is tricky…find someone that has a Golden Potum xtal or find a piece of gear on the CB if you have to and buy and extract crystal from someone. Anyways, the xtal is untradable but gear with it isn’t. This will give you another 1% drop rate.

This is a pretty cheap set of gear with no refinement or xtals/slots and will take you a long way. You can get stats added slowly but focus on the Drop % first. Make sure you have 255 luck before investing in int and get the 10% from the Survival skill. Slowly add your stats and refinements as you get more money or just keep following this guide and learn to do it yourself.

MY LUCK MAGE CURRENT GEAR: Ok Since I first wrote this I have made 150 on mage and done a lot more learning. Here is the gear I am using on my lvl 150 Luck mage. Mozt Armor – Heavy Remodel (boss drop 2k hps, 5% atk and matk 103 def) Vulcan Staff with 7%int matk and 15% cast speed. Wrath of Vulcan same stats. Zahak Shield boss drop. I switch between a fukumasu and bunny ear hood depending on if I want extra aggro for hat. Additional I am using a philosophers ring with a golden potum xtal.

MY LUCK MAGE CURRENT STATS AND BUILD: 150 int, 247 luck (the reason for the luck being not quite capped is I wanted the extra 1 potential for having a multiple of 10 on int, plus a bit more damage. BUILD: Magic: 10 Storm 10 Impact 10 MP Charge. 5 of the leadups. Guard – Heavy Guard and Advanced Guard 10. Survival Drop Rate 10. Sheild- Sheild Bash 10 and Guardian 10.

Ok…the rest are in Smith and Alchemy plus I have 24 unused skills waiting for magic t4 to see whats up. The rest might go into Alchemy and Smith skills depending on t4. This is what I am currently working with and it is doing more than fine in parties as a tank and stunner. It can still use some improvement but this is my money making character not my money spending character…so this gear is ridiculous easy to get and cheap with the exception of the weapon stats. I would also point out that there are many many ways to go about building this toon. You could go full luck vitality and be a much better tank. Or switch some vit and int for farm. Anyways, this isn’t the be all end all of luck mages. Other successful and useful builds would include more support skills like Improved Bless first aid etc.

Ok, so now you should have a level 125-1** level luck mage with barely acceptable gear but a pretty good drop rate and the MQ done. What can I do with this garbage? Menu, News, Weekly Boost event. Who is boosted? Go to Coryn Club. Who on the boost list gives you good exp? Avoid NM and ULT and be warry of Hard unless you know you can do it. Go to the boosted bosses because guess what…that’s where everyone else is too. Lots of parties. Make yourself useful in said party. Your damage is garbage but you can add magic proration. Take advantage of that. Impact Storm cons is a combo you can spam. It helps tumble and ticks magic damage and is cheap. Use your staff and arrow in boss fights not the MD. If you can get a better staff eventually with good stats and xtals. At this point though there are several ways you can be useful. Invest skills in First Aid and Play Dead. Even really good parties have people die occasionally and most parties aren’t really good. You know you aren’t going to kill the boss so make sure if the ones that are letting you stay with them can get back in the fight. Invest in additional Matk abilities and beef up your damage when you get enough skill points. OR go full support and priest find a party that isn’t just having dps wars. Not doing damage doesn’t make you useless in a party but it is a disadvantage and you want to be accepted.

I said I was going to try to avoid using times earlier but in this case its just an example. I play a lot almost every day…we’ll leave it at that. Since weekly boosted bosses started, actually I started on the last day of the first week. This is week 3 I believe. I obtained 2 Ifrid xtals that day. Once the Valentines Day event started I did some leveling and farming at the ooze and since then I have received 7 Ooze 2 and 2 Ooze 1 xtals. This is in between everything else I have been doing. Sell or keep these. Figure out which ones you are going to need and want on your future characters and try to collect them yourselves. You will save yourself a ton of spina and time as well as have fun.

UPDATE: I have gotten several more xtals since first writing this on the day of the free skill reset. Builder Golem, Iconos, Candela, and uhm…Imitator that I can remember off the top of my head.

After you have gotten a few xtals you can sell them or trade them for stats for better gear and some basic refinement or….continue on to Character 2. But Character 1 will be doing your Refinement from +A to +S.

    Character 2:

    Tech Smith

At this point you have the basic gear you need and the ability to make money but why stop there. Refinement is expensive and you can already farm your own mats and potions aren’t cheap either. So why not just make a second character that can do most everything for blacksmith and all alchemy yourself. Now the only thing you have to pay for out of pocket is statting. Make a character…it can be anything as far as I know. Look up and semi-familiarize yourself with tech smithing on the Forums and YouTube. You can also look up Alchemy but that’s relatively easy. This character is going to be the worst and least fun. Feel free to skip to Character 3 first, I did. I made a Halberd and played around before I did this one. This one is going to complete your familiarization with the game and end your noob stage. From here you will learn to worship Coryn Club for its leveling help. Skim through a couple of leveling guides, there are several great ones out there but you can easily tweak your own just using Coryn Club and cross referencing with what’s boosted. You also have the ability to farm your NM Crystals or BNuts if you want to take that route quite rapidly. There is no right or wrong way to do this but you are going to be more useless than your luck mage. I recommend some strong mercenaries that can do the work for you and just rapid level. You can get from 1-120 or so in a day or two (assuming you play 8+ hours a day lol). Anyways build this tech smith and now you have the ability to create your own Revitas and potions and refine your own gear from 0 to S. It will take time and effort but it will be much cheaper in the long run. If you haven’t already, familiarize yourself at this point with some material farming guides on the Forums or YouTube.

That is the most boring part of this guide. Now let us see what we are missing…

    Character 3-Whatever

Now is when the real fun can begin. The process above can be done in days or months depending on how often you play and how often you stray from the guidelines but any way you look at it…is there anything else we can do?

Yes. Now make whatever you want to truly have fun with and destroy your enemies. It was a long time getting here but now you have the ability to make a character whose base stat is Str Int Dex Vit whatever. You can level swiftly, buy your ideal base gear, refine it to +S, make enough money to slot it, farm your own xtals and…you can stat your own gear as well. Now you can turn any other characters you make into blacksmiths that make weapons based off your stat with just a few extra skill points or just go for max damage and fully equip yourself. You have the ability to make unlimited amounts of money and you can now even create the best gear in the game by yourself to sell at pure profit. You can make your own potions and dye and synthesize your own stuff. You can farm anything you want yourself or just make the money to buy it.

    Orbs Avatars and Special Items

A lot of confusion surrounds many of these items for new players I would imagine so I would like to at least give a brief outline of them here. First 100 orb shards = 1 orb. To create go to Menu, Orb Shop, Add Orbs. It took me a while to realize you had to go to the same place as purchasing orbs to create them. 100 ticket pieces = 1 Avatar Ticket something similar to make them, can’t remember off the top of my head the exact Menu options.

Orbs are the real money currency of Toram. You should never trust or go to any website offering free orbs as far as I know. Some of them may be legit in some way but I wouldn’t want to risk it. Even though most orbs are gained through money if you are careful and don’t waste them you can stack up quite a few and there are a lot of things you can use them on. Let’s go over some good and bad uses of orbs (from my personal opinions of course). Inventory space. As you don’t get separate bag space without creating entirely new accounts you are going to be sorely pressed for space. My suggestion here is to not invest in bag space. You get 1 bag slot for 1 orb. At the general store you can get 5 slots for 1 orb. This is a much better use of orbs if you choose to spend any on space. Boss Support Gems – I will cover these in their own section. Piercers – Piercers add slots to your gear. They are extremely expensive and useful – can trade for ones you need possibly or sell for various amounts. Extract Crystals – can sell for decent amount or help you recover your xtals as you upgrade them gaining you more money. Avatar Items – covered below. Books – drop rate and xp boost books are nice. These are the best uses of orbs in MY SOLE opinion. The rest of the stuff I have seen doesn’t seem to be all that useful but I don’t know.

Avatar Items can be gotten with tickets and orbs. The most advice I can give you here is get stuff you like the look of I guess and figure out how to put good stats on them. As far as I am concerned these stats and looks are for late game and not to be messed with early on. Other than that I know that you can get extra Avatar Tickets every week by completing the Challenge Dungeon in Sofya at the Guard by the Scarecrow.

Boss Support Gems - There are many support gems and I am going to try to categorize them for you so you have an idea what to do with them.

Group 1: Ultimate, Glory, Legendary, Super Rare Drop, Victory (maybe another couple rare drop ones I don’t remember) These are the best support gems in the game. Save them until you understand well how to use them. They can make you rich or hyper boost your own characters if you trade them for other gem runs or sell them at the right times during special events.

Group 2: Travellers Gems, Stat + gems. These are gotten from Orb purchases, certain emblems, and Potum Darts as far as I can tell. These are fairly rare and give really nice boosts. I would save them all for runs like the ones above or special runs you are on. NOTE: None of the above except Traveller’s gems take space in your bags or bank. The rest are all stored in Special Items so you can save them forever. The groups below take space in your bags.

Groupe 3: Normal, Normal 2, Dex, Str, Agi, Vit, Dex, Int, and Weapon Gems. These can be purchased cheaply from Sofya (Resistle Merchant outside and behind Zono the drunkard who is between the General Store and Lefina. The Normal 2 and Weapon Gems can be gotten from El Scaro from the General Store. These gems are very cheap and each adds 1% drop rate and xp which…awesome. Take some when farming bosses.

Group 4: Mana Guard Evade and anything else I forgot. These can also be useful but are more expensive and the more you carry the less bag space you have.

For anyone that read this all the way though I would like to say thank you. I feel like there is so much information out there but this game is severely lacking something like this to bring it all together into a flow that makes a little sense. Again, if you see any mistakes or outright wrong information on here please let me know so I can fix it and let me know if you found anything in here useful.

Also as a luck mage +flat int is better than int+7% cause int is so low. If you have 100 int with int+7% you only get 107 int. I guess at higher levels it will be effective but I'm level 101 with 1 int and 253 luk, counting gears, 9 int.

Edit: I just read in the Complete Stats Guide that int+7% does not actually work like that.

Sorry it was too much for me to read @.@

dunno if its been said already but don't fill up luk to max or don't go full luk from the start

Luk is useless if you can't kill at a good rate
And a luk mage is something you'll have for nearly an eternity
If you plan to farm higher mobs for mats (you might even if you think not) you should invest a little more than 100 for int and pour at least 80 for luk
For NC farming I found 80~100 adequate

    Try investing in elemental mds

The main ones will be earth elemental and dark
Floral light and wrath of vulcan are good options for light and fire elemental MDs respectively

I agree but when you can kill something in 1-2 hits, you get a lot of stuff. It's great for farming low level material points like from skeleton, shell mask, or pova. My storm smite is sadly only about 1.3k per hit but it works.

Let me summarize this long ass novel and make some improvements :D please don't get angry I'm just trying to help

    Newbie Starting Pack 101
    (1) Familiarize yourself in the game interface.
Learn to adjust the settings to fit your gaming style. Auto-lock on target is useful, but can be a problem to those not used to it.
Also, the targetting system (near/far) should be tweaked as well depending on your needs.

    (2) Read the news feed.
Updates, events, or drop rate boosts for the week are listed in there. You need to wait for it to load up though but that shouldn't be a problem.
It can be accessed via [Menu] > [News] > [Official News]

    (3) Important stuff
Orbs, orb shards, Avatar tickets, ticket fragments/pieces, traveler gems, and drop gems are your best friends, keep them.

    (4) Potum darts
Potum darts everyday all the way. You have three (3) attempts daily and you have a chance to get Piercers, Books, Orb Shards, Life & Mana potions,
    Revive Droplets, Extraction
and many other stuff. The quickest link to play Potum darts is via [Menu] > [News] > [Let's play Potum Darts!] or going the long way you can go to [Menu] > [Orb Shop] > [Orb Shop / Treasure Chest] > [Potum Darts] (scroll to the very bottom)

    (5) Friends
Yes, friends. You need to fill up your friendlist and get those extra orb shards. You should get 100 Friend Emblems giving you an accumulative count of over 1,000 orb shards which can then be used to create Orbs. You can make orbs via [Menu] > [Orbs Shop] > [Add Orbs] > [Create Orbs] and Ticket Pieces can be formed via same Menu but you should scroll down and select [Exchange]. Do take note that you have to clear out some of them later when you're done. Also, it's better if your friend list grows naturally and not just adding random duplicates from rakau. Some people may get sentimental, but that's it. Friends can be recruited as mercenaries too! This is why having a strong friend with high hp and enlisted as defender can be useful. To recruit a mercenary, go to [Menu] > [Community] > [Party] > merceneries. You can recruit one mercenary at a time to help you fight bosses and do some stuff.

    (6) Characters
First Character you want to ease your life is a mage. A mage casting skills can be interrupted so follow #1 and watch the enemies' movement patterns. Of course, you need to fill up your int stat up to 100 or maybe more depending on what you want to do next (luck mage). Distributed stats can be reset by Stat Reset Book, but Personal Stats (Tec, Luck, Crit, Mtl) can be changed using a different item [Mirror of Reflection] - please verify, I'm having a hard time remembering items I don't usually use.

For now since you are just starting, your focus should be (1) Magic Skills and (2) Survival Skills for your main offensive skills and to increase your HP later on. If you are gonna focus on production class later on, this will be a good starting point, your third skill focus should be Smith Skills (refinement skills) so you can later on refine +A to +S when you have plenty of resources later on, also, a level 1 Process Materials is fine if you want to save skill points. But read guides about luck mages so you won't mess your skill points and have to reset it later on. That's a big waste!

    My comment:
Please don't encourage newbies to focus on luck too much, they're just starting out and they don't have the resources to afford Luck mage equipments. Also, they haven't acquired that many emblems either. Reaching level 70 first to unlock storm should be their first priority and equipments should come next. They're new remember? I'm not trying to rebuke you, but I'm just trying to point this out. Not everyone has reliable friends in game and I don't encourage enlisting to begging squad. It's disgusting. It's okay if only borrowing and returning it, but nowadays those kind of things barely exists for real.

    (7) Main quests
Follow the main quest. It's the best way to level up real quick when starting out. You should be able to level up past Level 100 with the Main quest alone but let's skip that part. Your First goal here is to unlock level 3 skills by leveling up one of your characters reaching Level 70. The Magic Skill [Magic:Storm] (level 3)
is essential for farming low level materials so keep that in mind.

    (8) Boss fights
You have been taught how to escape boss battles at the end of the tutorial. While doing your Main quests, you will be required to defeat some Boss monster. You can escape the boss fight by going in the escape portal immediately. You should NOT attack before going in the escape portal or even when in the escape portal to avoid luring the boss right away and potentially kill yourself by mistake. After escaping successfully, go back to the boss fight menu and select [Easy Mode] by clicking on arrows to adjust difficulties. This should enable you to finish the main quests a lot easier and faster.

    Well, that's it from me.

Edit: I edited some content and cleared some things out. You don't have to go too much into details as that will only make your guide look like a thesis project or a non dying novel. Just make it simple, brief, and if you really want to go into specifics, (1) use spoilers, (2) make a link to another guide, OR (3) get
(panty shots) pictures showing what you want to say.:D
Edit: That was very wrong, my bad my bad. I changed the Alchemy skills into Smith Skills. I got confused on which skill tree the refinement skills belong to, but it's okay now.

Uh.. This guide is nice.. But..

Do I really need make Luk Mage and later make Blacksmith first BEFORE I can finally enjoy the game with the character I like? Do I really need to FARM first before I can enjoy my life in this game?

Not at all, my friend. Not at all! This is the main misconception of most players and this guide is meant for people looking in the business side of toram. You see, more money means easier way to get stronger equipment. Luck mages may be good and all but there are downsides:

    Pros:
    (1) Can be used when farming and gives good drop rate the higher the luck stat is.
    (2) Can be used as refiners on later stage of refining.
    Cons:
    (1) If you can't kill in 1 - 2 hits, it'll affect your drop rate negatively.
    (2) Low damage output without the skill Finale, like really. It's the strongest skill we have for mages right now.
I just mentioned two of each but others can mention more. Feel free to ask them.

As for the class that you wanted, you may want to look up for guides and detailed information. Of course, you may go down the path of your dream build, but that can take a while and good understanding of mechanics. Like I mentioned before in my comment above , you can level up past level 100 with only the main quests. If you started with the class you want, you can actually unlock Tier 3 skills in the process and later make a farming mage later on if you feel like it. You don't have to actually follow guides step by step because they told you to do so. Just do things on your own pace.

This comment put ease on my mind. There are lots of game where you had to do A for B and then you get C before you can finally "enjoy" the game. When I consider this guide as "you look for business in this game? Here's how", This guide sounds better for me.

I heard somewhere you get less exp from mq if you fight bosses at easy mode, is that true?

no. quest exp is a fixed amount.
exp books have no effect on it either.
