Best class in toram online (boss farm)

I am a newbie in toram , I most of the time was busy with raising my spina, rather then my knowledge of the game, now it seems I am not sure what to do anymore in toram , all my items are just rotting on CB , and now I wanna enjoy the game as an op character (no mod) my intention is to servive high level bosses, fast kill, and enjoying the battle ? Which class is the best that I can build so I can enjoy killing bosses... I don't have any friends or a guild which is why I am asking for some guidance from the forum (I don't like/hate tank btw)

 

Currently for speed and low budget its 2h sword.
Dual wield also works with i-frame abuse. Halberd works on high difficulty with dragon tooth.

Boss farming isn't the only thing to do in toram, dunno why everyone thinks that's all there is.

 

I see that you're doing well. That's great.

Just lookup some solo boss battles and see what it fits you. In parties there's not much of a difference when it comes to battling bosses, as toram is pretty easy to play with parties. Solo runs exhibit a class capability to the limit.

But If I were to choose one, it'd be Katana, I guess. High multipliers with srd% and unsheathe, high technicalities with the movement, counter and invincibility skills. Has some accuracy so it won't graze as much like halberd, and could be played to utmost limit without even being touched if you're good enough. Out of all "dps" class I enjoyed playing katana the best, though im not very good at it either.

Well, my "main" specialty would actually be a tank, so Ill just do some promoting I guess.


Hard to kill, can survive high difficulty battle, and plenty of things you can do to support party battles other than dealing damage. Though, you can also do that if you want.

 

I don't know much but I think katana for malee dps and mage for magic dps are the best there is .... and there cheap too .... you will enjoy a lot if you try them out ... I do like 2hs builds too but that's just spam skills and now prime 2h so expensive ... good luck on your builds and game play ..

Go with either 2 swords or 1 giantsword on back.
Both are extremely versatile.

 

If you want a time sink that is bottomless. Go with bowtana dps/support and grab a tank pet. I mean you can dish out both garyu and cross fire and be immortal with zantei(while holding aura and cf charge) it is a multi tasking hellhole. Since you are not just minding your avatar but the whole party. If there is a tank, grab a dps pet. If no tank you can pop one out of your butt, and say "mind your aggro or go screw yourself, pet is tank!"

 

Is no one going to comment that this guy is around 2 years in here already?

 

If ya encounter to a ...class main, they will say best class is X class with Y weapon , Z armor, T addtional gears, α special gears and β avatars.

Dual Swords and Katana are the most technical complex types.
you can also try Bowtana.

everything else is a matter of preference.
especially magic, it's the same in every game. if hiding in the backline and shouting EKUSUPUROSION!!! is not your thing, then there is nothing you can do about it.

 

Go with a class that not only helps you in survival, but also dps, and..l guess ktn is good?
It has good balance of defensive and offensive skills~

 

I personally would recommend dw, katana or halberd.

Dw and katana provide great survival options while also having their own ways to deal with high def bosses: proto and zantei, respectively.

Halberd doesn‘t provide much survival skills but definitly has the potential to deal the most damage. This will be especially noticeable on ulti gem runs.

Edit: Oh and also think of what kind of boss fights you usually do. I personally basically only do ulti ones. Due to this and other reasons halberd is my to go option

Bow summoner(pet) / 255 dex + 255 luk

You can easy kill boss by shoot CF while your per is tanking.
And with 255 luk, you will have higher drop rate than normal bulid.
