Blacksmith/synth char help please

hey, i have a reserve char that is bs and synth, should i focus on (skill points/tree) synth, bs or both evenly?
I know some or most of you are gonna answer with depends on what i want but in general what would be best?

 

Both unless you only plan to craft items and add dyes in which case focus on Alchemy but if you want to refine and add stats to your own gear then focus on blacksmith, either way you'll need 255 tech. If you want to craft equipment with decent pot then you'll need different stat setup and can't synth or get Alchemy skills also can't refine or add stats to gear if you want to be a decent equipment crafter at this time.
