What are the best craftables to make to level bs prof?

 

Usually knuckles or halberd are easier recipes than other weapons you need to compare em. Definetely Magic devices discarted from easy recipes

 

The answer to this question depends on what prof level we are starting from, and how much tech we are starting from. If you are levelling up from profLv0 with around 70 tech, you can start off by making wooden Hunter Garbs then transition to Rapiers when you start getting less than 10% prof per craft. Afterwhich, you want to generally switch between crafting armors and crafting the weapon that gets the most potential from your stat distribution.

 

make items with ± 5 item level from your current proficiency

Definitely Rapier early on, mid game varies and Lil Empress gear end game

 

What if I start from diff 150 prof 15 (full tech)? Making use of the coming free resets

 

The easy mat I think should be Holy Robe, just need only 3 York Memo Paper, Item level 120.
Beside if you lucky enough get a 1 or 2 slot, at least can turn them into spina again and buy the material.

 

So we are talking about a maxed out char restatting to a BS. If you are using dex as 2nd stat at Lv180, you'd be 255 tech 247 dex, and fully equip yourself w/ dex boosting gears(+14%dex, +50flat dex), i think you can start at profLv177.

At that point, what you want to use as mats to raise BS proficiency are mats that are space efficient. Start w/ Minotaur's Katana/Magic Crystal Spear/Short Musket/Hunter's Garb (4 item slots of mats to craft 99) then Iron Exoskeleton Bow(4 item slots of mats to craft 198), then Empress Bowgun(4 item slots of mats per 99). After that, you have Black Sword of Illusion/Death Eater(3 item slots of mats per 99), then Dark General's Sword(3 item slots of mats per 99), then Sinergatis(4 item slots of mats per 99) or Leve Bow/Zaif Sadik/Einsamkeit (3 item slots per 99), then Holy Robe (1 item slots per 33). Then after that, go ham.

 

It would be 255 tech 217 Dex not 247 at level 180 for stat screen. So I don't know where you got the other 30 stat points from.

 

eh? I must have mistaken a ss I saw of a Lv180 status screen on youtube then. I havent personally climbed to 170 even. orz

 

That happens sometimes, especially if youtuber quickly shows the screen without giving you much time to look. My tech bs is 180 again with exact stats I mentioned and all stat point Emblems that I know of unlocked.

Here's my general rule of thumb for "buying" mats for BS prof leveling: 1) Buy materials for recipes with fewer ingredients types required. Farm at least one of the mats. (no way around this bud.) 3) avoid recipes that uses more than 100 mana points

All that being said, the ideal progression of things to get until Lv130 prof would be:
Thick Beaks
Bird Wings
Rapiers
Blade Lance mats
Mezraq mats
Medic Coat mats
Paladin Spear mats
Sefeed Bow mats
mats for either Noble Glaive/Elegia Staff/Steel Machine Greatsword
mats for either Water Guardian Bow/Spada Lance
