Bug on Sukuchi? (Not sure)

Welp, here's the story.
I was leveling up meh Mono. equipped wit Nightcap(it was the only add. in my bag so.)
Then this and that I was enjoying playing with Sukuchi.
Then I noticed that the Barrier buff refreshes at the same with the passive, and it also works as I observed as I get hit by the boss I was battling with.
Though I'm not really quite sure how I triggered this, and I have no screenes for proof.

I apologize in advance if I gave out foolish info.

 

barriers have a 30s cooldown time (think that's the amount of time)

 

I know about that.
but..I've observed that the barrier buff blinks when Sukuchi is used instead of moving right.
although I cannot remember how I triggered to maintained the barrier even after few hits.

Scrap this, may be false info.

 

Barrier could stay up depending on what you get hit with, i always have my fract barrier blinking lol xD (forgets wt colof is wt barrier)
