C.B. Ate My Spinas

last month i bought items on cb, after tap purchase there is pop up window said error... my spinas decrease but didnt get the item. i lost over 1m.
any of you experienced same thing?

It happened to me once when i was using mobile data hsdp (slow af) but it was only about 200k. If it's not your connection then i dunno. I feel for u bro, the autonomous robots are officially rising up and it always starts with economy

I had the error message a few times and spina taken but no display of the purchase successful, when I checked the bag my items were there though. Not happening with WiFi though, try turning others off, Sofya has become really laggy lately, let it settle a few mins in town before going to board, block spam scammer typos as well. Hope you don't have more issues

 

Try restarting the game usually the item is in your bag but you can't see it

it happened last month, so i did restat several times already and no item.

 

uhm... I don't know then. Did you have enough space? and I don't mean just one empty slot in your inventory.
This happens to alchemist too. Say I want to make Revitas, I have an empty slot to make them, so I make them, and halfway through the process it'll stop and give me an error code before it's done making them.
In that context, it always happens to me when I don't have at least 3 empty inventory slots

i have that problem too sometimes~ freak me out
but switched ch and got it back owo

 

i have at least 10 slot that time.
and from my experience when do alchemist it need at least 2 slot when make 1 stk item, if not it will error then only create half of it.

 

this morning i bought 5 stck of bitternuts and saw one error msg.after checking my bag, theres no b.nut item. i didnt count my spina that time coz i bought some other items too. i might lost some spina same happened to you or maybe not. possible a hell bug housing at cb. well all over the place since update got alot of bugs sudden.

 

This happened to me too for a few times, I tapped on the purchase button and it won't make me go to the purchase succesful screen, so i tapped it again a few times and it gave me an error code. Usually when that happens, the item is in your bag, but it is 'invisible', so you have to change map/switch channels/relogged in order to see it. It's a really weird bug. The first time I experienced it nearly made me cry. But if you still can't receive it, then I'm not sure what happened. If it happens again, try the steps that I did to prevent any more loss.

 

Cb did not eat my spina...
But it ate my items.-.
Was only registering some equips, then tried to unregister. Collected them but the items disappear!
