    unless you don't have enough space to download all data, it's very likely that you have at least one app installed that interferes with Toram's operation.

    even if not intentionally malicious,
    an app that overwrites settings (such as enforcing split screen when the game doesn't support this) is detected by the system as operation interference.
    same for debug mode and similar
    settings.
