Cant change email...

I cant change my Email , even created a new email just to make sure there will be no issue but still have this error

does anyone experienced this one too?

1: the mail address was not spelled correctly

2: the inbox is full, so you cannot receive new mails

 

i see , cant access the email on the account anymore since its super old and dont have the number for 2way verification there.. yhe email is spelled correctly no issue with that.. the new email dont have any emails so it isnt full maybe the old one is full i dont know since i cant access it

 

so your game data is already linked to an asobimo account, and now you want to transfer it to another asobimo account?
i'm afraid that's not possible...

 

nope just want to change the email.. the new email im using dont have any asobimo account there .. its a new one just want to change the old to the new one

 

and that is not possible. the email adress used to register an asobimo account cannot be changed. and once your game is linked with an asobimo account, you cannot link it with a new one either.
only passwords can be changed, and for that you need to access the email adress you used for the asobimo account.
