Cant login and cant click on forgot password

This morning it said i need to update the app, but i the page instead showing buttons open and uninstall.
I click open and the update wont happen.
So i reinstall, and the update button appear on google play.
I update.
The app is reset and need me to tranafer data or make new char.
I click login. But it said my login data is incorrect (error 012)
Okay, its been a while since i login, the app was always on my phone for the past 3 years so i click forgot password.
But the app said i didnt have internet connection (error 053), while i can stream movie and youtube nicely without buffering.
Can you please help? I dont want to lose 2 of my 100s level chars, please

 

sounds like a server problem.
try again later, and make sure your device doesn't switch from wifi to mobile, toram doesn't handle this well.
