Can't pass log in screen

I can't pass the log in screen, for over a month or more now... It stucks and stays at "Logging in..." forever... I reinstalled the game a lot times, tried other device, mobile data, everything... I even tried vpn, it didn't work neither, just almost lost my account... Can someone help me what to do?

 

This might be a case of a suspicious login was detected. Check your email, and you should get an email from Asobimo with a link that will authenticate your device to login. I hope this helps.

I dont get error messages. Also, its not the login screen where the potum is jumping around, its the one, where it says "initializing" and the other stff

I alrdy tried to log in with vpn, it made the suspicious login, but i could fix it, but its stuck at the same place again

 

There is only one other thing left i think you can do. Backup any pics, vids, and essential files from your device to some internet hosting sites(i recommend google drive), and delete said pics, vids, files from your device. You might have run out of memory

 

I also tried on other device, there was over 2 GB free place and still didnt run and had the same problem... I saw somewhere saying it's maybe my wifi company, and that has a big chance, since my sister isnt able to log in neither and has the same problem.
