Can't type in game

Hi people. For some reason, I can't type in the game. My keyboard works fine everywhere else. I even tried switching the USB ports. I basically can't type in the text boxes. The problem is specific to this game. Any ideas on how I can get it back to good?

 

Did you get penalty? Theres chat restriction depend on how bad the penaly was.

Im phone player but maybe on PC press "enter"

 

I don't think so. I didn't receive awarning or anything.

Can you try use on screen keyboard or something similar? to see if its hardware issue or not

And from the looks of it, its likely chat restriction

 

Then why didn't they say anything to me? Not telling me is one thing, but still not telling me when I was in contact with the support team.. What a load of bull

 

Since you already sent video about it at the request of support team. They might be trying to figure out what cause it to happen and fix them. Hopefully

What do you mean? Like, use the market board? Yes I can, but I can't search for specific items

 

Trade with other player, the button near invite to party/guild etc. but yeah cb included too, so looks like its fine

 

I suppose I can't sell anything either because I won't be able to input a price.

 

Its already over 168h you werent able to type (reddit post 9d ago), but you still can Trade so it doesnt look like penalty policy and seemed more to be bug.

Your case is very unique one.

 

I remember reading about another person who had a similar problem. Like me, he had a high-end computer that could easily handle a game like this. Unfortunately he or she did not find a solution.

 

Update: The Problem is fixed. I have no answers as to the How and Why. Just tried it a few minutes ago and everything was fine again. I suppose I should be happy but I'm not. It just goes to show that some mother FU&Ker's out there are fucking with me.
