Cast speed more than 100%??

Hello masta!
I have a question here. what if my mage luck have a equipment stats for cspd more than 100% and 2k cspd. Can it cast finale for 2 sec with a md? For now, my cspd finale around 3-4sec. Does it worth for finale mobs farmer or should i increase a matk and int? My finale damage around 600k i think its already enough to kill mobs.

Can suggest to me what mage build worth for this? Support build?

 

Farmer mage.
Since you already stated that is a "luk" toon why not use it to farm ebs or snow thingy now to gain spina.
My toons:
1 tank / 1mage finale/bow CF/md farmer(luk)~farm material etc/tech(refine)/luk (refine),170 (blank toon)

 

Finale cast speed cannot be reduced by cast speed stats but it's animation can be reduced by swift tag or gsw or any motion speed buff.

 

Some skills like finale have always 3 sec cast despite u have 9999 cspd or - 99999 so if u wish to speed up use motion speed its the only thing that buff speed a little for finale (basically animationget shorter )

 

i can share my damage dealer&support or tank,support&farmer if you want
but i think lots of players here are smarta$$ so you can ask them also

I think there's a video on yoytube that has 10k cspd

Spaming storm again and again.... damage not that great though for a mage

But good for farming.... but not practical for a boss cause if you have max mp (2000)

You can cast it consecutively 5 times

And like finale, mp charge has a straight casting time (no more, no less)

 

hmmm... when you cast another storm the current storm casted will stop..
did you know that?
so it is pretty common to cast storm again and again not focusing on cspd

Good on farming, it won't take much to kill mobs while using storm, at the last minisecone before storm dies, instant cast it again
