Characters lost.

Since the "Account restricted" update (game sends email with link to allow login) I wasn't able to play.
I have clicked the link every time tried to log in to my account, I manage to log in but I get stuck inside the character creation screen, (I already had multiple characters with high stats which I've spent hours in).
I click "Transfer the data and play" and it confirms that I'm logged in (I can even change my email and password), but my characters don't seem to be there at all, all I can do is either create a new character or leave the game. I'm not sure if I can recover my characters, I'm afraid I will lose them if I try to create a new one.
Anyone ever had the same problem?

 

did you create an asobimo account? if you did u might be able to save your characters or find a way to send a support ticket is my best guess

 

I have created an ASOBIMO account.
After I realized what was going on I changed my email and password to make sure I was the only one in control of my account.
