I level a character to 151 for fill stats blacksmith
Vit 134
Tech 255
Skill added according to guides for customize stats.

So here the problem, when i trying to fill stats for my armour or weapon.
The max stats i m able to fill is 14 dex or 14 critical rate.
I have not option to further add to 15 stats.
I read that for level 150 , i should be able to fill up to 15 stats.

Does anyone know what might be the reason that i cannot fill it to 15 stats?

 

did you also get the passive skill upgrades for customizing equipment?

 

yes. basically my bs skill is max out

 

Lv3 bs maximum fill for flat attribute stat is 14.
For atk/matk/cd/stat% is 7%
Flat cd/cr should reach 20

Edit : or maybe they hard cap cd and cr like bs lv 4 too
