Confused about guild booster

So i knew the rare drop booster increase the rare drop by a flat 1% (or 2%) like xtall . But i still confused about Drop rate booster , is it also increase drop rate of non - rare drop by a flat 8%?

Also does dyed weapon included as rare drop?

 

regular drop boost works the same as every other drop rate booster.
those 8% multiply the base drop rate of all items by 1,08.

weapon dye likely counts as "rare drop" too, since they have been observed to be of similar rarity as crystas.
