    Hey guys,
Recently I started having a problem with consignment board when trying to sell items in all users. Say the tax is 11%. Normaly, u put something for sale for 3million and when it sells it takes the 11% tax from the sale, so it'll be 3milion - 11% tax. But what started hapening to me recently is this. I put an item for sale for 3milion but the board adds the 11% tax on top of the price I put the item to sell for so instead of 3milion, it shows in board for 3 330 000. Then if the item actualy sells, it gives me 3 000 000 - 11% tax. I can't sell in all users like this or if I do, I'm making next to zero profit as I have to put the items more than 11% below the lowest price just to have my items displayed as the lowest price meaning that technically I'm charged 22% tax instead of 11%. Its either this or if I ignore this problem and put the items to sell for normal price, I have to wait days or weeks for them to sell and hope someone buys it, because to the players looking to buy the item, it looks like I'm charging 11% above the selling price, making them think I'm overcharging for the items. Please help me with this.

    not a bug.
    there are 2 taxes.

the first is the "fee" for using the board. it's always 10% and paid by you.

the second is "taxes" for export.
they can range from 1% to infinity, depending on how much you export to other servers.
this one is paid by the buyer.

the more items you sell to "all servers", the more the taxes will increase.
selling only to your home server, or not selling at all, will decrease the taxes.

That's nuts. Like making spina isn't hard enuf as it is.... Thank you for the reply. Any chance u knw how long it will take roughly for it to decrease back to 0-1%? if I were to sell only in my home server.

The decrease rate is pretty slow, like 1-2% per week. It's better using a new acc to sell on all users

Hello. I would like to fully understand how the tax on the buyer works. From your words, I understood that the tax depends on how often the player sells goods using the All users function. However, I am baffled by the statements of other players and bloggers who say that the tax depends on your server. Help pls.

I'm currently doing a consignment board guide for my community, so it's important for me to get reliable information on how it works

the tax on your items increases the more you sell to "all servers".
from the buyer's perspective (who pays the tax, if applicable) the dependence on the server stems from whether they are on the same or a different server than the seller. since the tax is only applied when selling to other servers, you may see lower prices when you buy from the same server as the seller.

Anybody else having problems with stuff coming up unlisted from the board after just 2 days even though it still shows it as being listed?
Back on the 28th I listed some armor dye on the "all user" board, and even just now it still shows it as registered, but if I log into another account and search for any of them, they do not appear. When I go back to the account and relist ONE of them, and then switch accounts again, I can find that item in a search, but still not the other ones from just a day or 2 ago. I did notice that the tax rate has changed today from the 5% it was up to 6%, so does a new tax rate cause items listed under the older tax rate to be bumped?

did you search specifically for your dye or just the armor? when number of listed items exceeds the maximum capacity only the top will be shown.

yes, I searched by specific dye slot and number, and there's only like 5 or 6 listings for that particular search, so I don't think it should have any issue with the listing limit. And it was priced the cheapest of all of them, so by searching with price order, should have been towards the top of the list anyhow.
