consignment board bug?

hi.. i'm having a problem on my account.. after the latest maintenence today, consignment board having bug? i can buy things on the board but i can't seem to register/sell anything.. after i put the price, the 'done/ok' button didn't respond.. i already change channel and change world, relog so many times, wait for couple of hours and relog, but the issue is still the same.. i've never bought or sell illegal spina so im sure im not being banned.. please help..

 

if you had a trade restriction penalty, the consignment board wouldn't even open.
looks like an UI bug.

if it doesn't fix itself after turning your phone off and on again, you should send a bug report to customer support.
you can access the contact formula in-game from the orb shop menu.
