~Coryn.Club is Recruiting!~

(Posted in off topic where it got no attention, so maybe this category would be better x.x)

Hihi! I'm a new member of coryn.club and we're looking for volunteer staff members to help get us finally back up-to-date!


So we're looking for 5 main roles:

1. "Scout coryn" and their job is to find missing things missing on the website and to list out all relevant details about them
2. The second is a "general web moderator" (i will come up with a coryn name), and they basically upload this data into a google sheets.
3. The third is a "database uploader" and they upload the information from the database onto the actual website.
4. Skills testers who test and/or confirm the numbers behind the latest skills such as Eternal Nightmare from Dark Powers, or the upcoming ones i.e. the Ninja Skills. Toram mathematicians basically (any cost of books will be accommodated for). Also they test for the exact effects for particular regislets.
5. (side-role) Fashion model or two that poses for the equipment appearances displayed on the website.

(We really, really need skill testers rn T-T)

Is Toram's skill data obfuscated or something?

 

I think we should test everything regardless, as I've been pointed to more than 3 errors on skills that have existed for more than a year in just a few week's span. Once it's up there, it's up going to stay up there and if it's a mistake then we probably won't notice it for a very long time

It often doesn't have enough detail in the descriptions, and requires manual testing and reverse engineering the math

 

Man, if im still playing, I'll become a scout in a heartbeat, but sadly i don't have time.
The only thing I can do is sharing this to my old guildies.

can i report a bug here? the damage calculator in stat calculator is bugged, to be exact when calculating damage for magic damage it will use physical pierce instead of magic pierce

I want to join, but idk if I could be approved since I can sometimes have sudden mood swings (can get enthusiastic quick but can also get bored just as quick). I always crave for latest info but all of the places I could find are either incomplete or not up-to-date. I always want to provide, or even add/edit stuff myself if I could, the most accurate info I could get, but only when no-one ever bothered to do so before me.

 

Im gonna msg you on discord as well. I'd be interested in giving back to coryn club. Its helped me so much over the years.
