Crash after loading

So, i were playing for like 15+ days, basicaly leveling up my charatcers and doing the main quests, but when i reached the chapter 6 at the start of the mission black knights of lyark ( on Klaspe Slum ), my game crashes, and, if i restart, force restart, open space of my device, and even uninstal and instal, the game keeps crashing, i can't even enter the map, it just crash after the loading bar ends, so, i need help with it.

 

I am currently experiencing the same problem, but the only difference is that i can successfully log in but the game crashes at interval of 30 seconds to 2 minutes in gameplay. I believe this is a malware of error at coding of chapter 6.
