Customizing equipment created by others

I'm new to blacksmithing, and to the game too, I recently bought a new armor from consignment board, the armor has 0 stats and something like 60 potential, so I did a little research, and then started blacksmith char. So, is it possible for me to customize the equipment created by others and bought by me from consignment board? I clicked the use ex skill, but at customize equipment, I don't find the armor I bought.... Help......

You need to equip the weapon/armor you want to customize. The higher your level, the better stats you can put. For example, +19 stats require your statter character to be level 190.
