    Does Decoy shot apply speed/attack buffs from potions you use?

    Does Dragon witch affect Decoy shot's "ampr"?

    Yes, it even apply to dw's double ampr generation.(it was written on the code miner's notes) so a tanked target that stay put within the decoy's range is loved by dw since they get 4x ampr than the regular joe(if they also do auto attacks with the decoy on). Any boost in aspd and ampr is used by the decoy, any buff added after decoy's deployment won't add tho.
