ever since the release of Cross Fire, Bows have been given far greater (and cheaper) damage potential than any other weapon.
when 4th tier sub skills were added, Bows got Satellite Arrow - again much stronger and less mp costly than the other skills.
and now with the release of 5th tier skills, the first skill adjustment buffs shot skills yet again.

 

Asura Aura continuous offense state stops on guard rn after update.
Spent over 400m and a week in town working theory, testing on the build ever since t5 release and all my gear built around asura tank is kinda limp atm.

They didn't even mention it at all in the notes.

So you can be using all the skills you want in release state but then guard will just pause the fun time and the mp you were entitled to get
