Dex negs to lower diff?

So I just had a random thought not sure if there's any merit in the idea but... If one was to purposely craft a set of gears with Dex negatives (add gear, weapon, armor) flat stat - 14, %-7 for example, that would give you - 42 with an additional - 21% so without a calculator let's say approximately - 55 Dex. Would the negative in turn lower your synthesis difficulty lvl? If so by how much? Could it be worth trying in an attempt to increase the amount of time you can gain profiency off items that aren't high dollar ores?

 

Production exp is based on your proficiency. Item difficulty only enables u to craft more high level stuff so you can gain prof.

If you lower your item difficulty, craft items will not gain prof( because it was too easy in comparable to your proficiency )
