Dex on staff

I thought finale doesn't depend on cast speed but i see almost everyone going int then dex.. Why?

 

Dex also raises magic attack it’s not as drastic though. Similar to training agi on halb after capping strength.

 

I mean... Damn i didn't know this... Now I'll have to reconsider about going all vit after int

 

It only increases MATK by 1 per point in DEX. So unless you use Burst or other skills affected by CSPD-the main stat affected by DEX, I think overall you will see more benefit from keeping the rest in VIT since you won’t see too much of a damage improvement, especially with finale’s already super high skill constant.

 

Vit mages are good also, u can semi tank when you can’t properly dps the boss for whatever reason. You can have also int> str for more attack and stability also this kind of build I wanna do since I can use a pool of physical skills that deal decent damage when I can’t \ don’t want to use finale, like when they have meager hp remaining lol. But vit mage was my first successful character that I never regretted since I never really felt the drawback of finale of dying while casting it.
