Did I mess up the quest line?

    So I was doing the main quest line and right when I went to El Scaro for the first time I need to do a quest where I have to destroy a technista factory. All the mobs there are lvl 105 and I'm still a lvl 70... Any ideas about what can I do?

    You didn't mess up, because you can't mess it up in the first place. Your level will obviously be lower if you only do the MQ. But the level range of each map will rise a bit. Well, as long as you do the boss fights on easy mode you should be fine :)
