Do pet buffs work on themselves?

Yea, kinda stupid question, but im curious.
I started building a tank pet now and i have 2 main skill donors, 1 of which has 2 great skills.
If someone tested this, i would be grateful.
Since im building a tank and its birth stats are kinda low, i would like to pick as inherited skills the mp gain and resists buff (resist +good aoe aggro) skills then gamble on rage attack.
But if the buffs dont apply to pet itself (they should, but this is toram with its broken logic) then i would pick mp gain and armor break as inherited skills and still gamble on rage attack.
Pet is supposed to be ganglef app, if lucky bowgun/all rounder/devoted (i dont have the tenacity to make it 3 fuse for the pdef)

Tbh i have a medipot with lvl5 mpgain and shield break md/pdef/sly which i can use when i need a def breaker, but i also already have a support with matk + resist buffs.

 

Yes, the conundrum of choices. Resist up is a party buff that affect the whole party the casting pet included(it does not affect the pets of party members tho)

 

Well, thats what is written in skill description but does it really apply to the pet?
I mean, its a useful skill for tank pet since he already has natural resists, + generates 800aggro aoe since im gonna be getting random rage atk and also a good buff for party survival lol (tanks are crap these days)

 

Ur pet is basically a muscular dude running buck naked with a weapon in hand. Any article that adds to the naked defence is good for your pet. If your pet cast party buffs, it only affect the pet and any other human players in party(yup even when you are running a 2 player+ 2 pet party. The other pet does not get the partybuff casted by your pet.)

 

I dont care about other peoples pets lol, cuz im planning this pet as a soloing tank for my mage, just thought it would be more sturdy with bonus 30% resists from buff, but i wasnt wasnt sure if it is applied to itself. Gonna do a 2 fusion to get md/pdef/devotedi guess

 

Based on my knowledge, they do stack up. You can take notes on damage counters and see for yourself. Try to do a run with the buff skill off, and on. Compare the two runs. If you gonna prove me wrong pls supply screenies for future reference. Toram tend to change over time what may be true when i play can be just be undeclared bugs. Or the flip it and put a new one in trying a new system. The 10k bug is not declared until 1 whole friggin year after a legend of a hikikimori made a one with no spina cost on fusion in under 3 months(or maybe it was 3 weeks cant cant remember lol)

 

Yea, i remember that shet, after which dps pets dissapeared lol. Guess ill ill to check, before fusing it, but currently its too low to test anything, gonna need a few days.
