Do Scammers ever get punished?

Ban is most likely to happen if it's a trade only related matter.
Something like scammed for gem run or scammed during free lock service, the devs will declare it as owner player's fault.

Scam can be avoided if devs implement a feature where whenever during before boss battle, when a high drop rate gem is used, there should be pay spina first option declared by the gem seller, so without all party members paying spina the boss battle won't start.

 

They most likely don't get banned. My friend got scammed from a dude in sofya and reported him, after few months he got scammed from him again so idt they get banned

Well,im pretty sure he have hard time remembering stuff,unless if said scammer has something particular that catches his eyes.

i'm pretty sure if someone scammed me once, I would remember their name until the day of reckoning. Then if I have to make a pack with the devil to burn that shit in hell I would gladly do it.

Maybe that scammer really has some kind of mind trick that will always work with that guy.
