Proration is essentually where mobs or boss mobs develop physical or magical resistances
After being hit with the same type of damage after a while it reduces damage output ~

Does Ignite (Burn) add to proration if so im presuming magical ?
Also how long does it last or is it depending on the monster ?

That's an interesting question.. I would assume no for reasons, but then again tempest damage is calculated physically, but out of combo proration wise it's done magically, and since toram has tendency to add weird mechanics...

I call may- oh he's already here

    Proof

Exactly 6 javelins till minimum value if ignite had done something it would have skipped a value (ms magic proration rate = 10%)

    Same with every other ailment.
I am on a streak of tests for proration I am 100% sure a single attack will never prorate twice in toram, ailment prorating is the same as prorating twice. Either way if theres an interesting gimmick about proration you will hear first thing from me.

Interesting fun fact:- Tempest is actually magic when affecting proration while being physical for damage calculation, might help for your build.
