Dps Mage Build

The high lvl equips will definitely have incomparible stats to the low lvl equips we use.

 

That is one point I didn't think of. Do you have any guess as what max level will be? I met someone who said he got to level 172 during alpha. That's a ton of skill points. And if I think of equipment for that level it truly makes ours low level

 

Max level might be 200+ i think it will reach 200 eventually.

 

That would be very fun to get to. Hopefully prices don't become to outrageous. I've heard of people asking for stacks of boss xtal before. Wonder how long that takes to farm x.x

 

So I screwed up my mage a bit skill wise and that sucks do to it cost to dam much to respec skills. Id need 16 orbs, 16 bucks just to respec. Crazy shit but supports the devs.

Any way as some one stated in your brawler Guide, most tanks I've ran in to suck and I get the agro. I've actually put 5 in to hp regeneratio to get 5 in to max hp +.

It's been working well for me atm but I've yet to fight end game bosses. Think it's a waste of future skill points?

 

Well its ok if ur solo farming that extra hp wont let u die but i think u will 1 hit most mobs anyway in the future with high int and there will obviously be people who will tank for you because end game bosses will be tough and will require a tank probably.

 

I guess I'll keep that part as is for now ND just not add any else to it. Either way respec now or later.

But on topic of mage dps and mess ups, restart your mage, save orbs and such for higher levels when you cannot cap in 1 day.. that would be my advice.

 

Knuckle skills on my mage. Srsly. This is my mage build right here and im sharing it with all of you. Dont even start with the trollin bs dioxin.

Lol yea thanks you did. I'm probably going to keep mage for now do to so close to 50 and only character I have that high. Maybe after I'm done making other characters I'll re make.

Just realized you do not have any points in to chain cast. Is that do to what you said in that this build is for future updates. Since we will probably get cast speed boost in our items later.

Not sure if you tried chain cast but at just level 5 it cuts wall in half. Since I plan to re make mage I can max it and tell you just how much it cuts wall. (I don't have blast or lance to test those on cast times also.) But as is what do you think, worth investing in?

 

I have it. 5 points. Just so i could get the new passive skills that are gonna come out. Lemme put that into the guide i guess. People cant figure out anythin without me.

Any way more serious note. Went and put 10 in to chain cast and use wall. Had to record it the numbers pop up so fast but it dropped walls cast time down to .83

 

I cast wall in 70+ i think with a staff. Try with a staff. Magic device slower cast time.

 

Hmm I did not know that I'll try again. Also if it matters looked at video from when started till done and approximately 2 seconds .

 

I think i have mentioned it somewhere that magic device,s have bigger aoe range slower cast time and hit faster with aoe skills. While staff is stronger casts faster.

You did somewhere. I use staff for boss, farming gobs always magic device. More constant damage then staff cause of higher stability then mino staff.

 

I've read through this guide so I don't think it's in these comments. Any way did it again and oddly enough not much better. And counting seconds on video still about 2 so if your saying your cast is at.70 and you have no cast speed items, then that skill is not worth taking past 5.

I did not do any true test when I first added the five so I can't say for sure if that's even worth it other then future skills but I could have sworn it cut cast speed on half.

Also, I really need to get me some mp + items XD. Never realized how small my pool was with out that magic device.

 

XD i got like 700mp with staff. Dont need any more yet.
