Dyeing issue

    Has this happened to anyone?

    I went to the synthesize and dyed a flower headband purple. The avatar picture on the synthesist's screen shows my character with a headband with purple flowers. The item description shows that the headband has the purple dye icon. However, when equipped, the flowers on the headband are blue!

    I have logged off and on again, but this did not correct the issue. Is there a problem with purple dye? Any info anyone has would be great appreciated. I am very confused and disappointed.
