Ele,ele14%cdmg16 vs ele,ele14% atk7?

    It depends on your weapons
    If using halb 1st one
    If using 2h defense of boss also count but 1st one is still overall better.
    If using katana hmm still 1st one coz katana dont have high atk to begin with so it wouldnt matter alot .
    For BG 2nd one (not a field of expertise).
    Long story short 1st one is better overall if used similar atk refine xtal add and ring.

    Also easier to craft, 90%+ for the 1st one and 60%+ for the 2nd one.
