Elemental arrows question

Hello c:
I was going to collect elemental arrows but I couldn't find a guide with the locations x.x Could anyone help me out with a link or some information? I know 1 I can get from the bnut quest xD

HQ Wood Arrow: Arborgon drop at Harde Hill Map. (Neutral)
Ice Arrow: 10 Crystal of Flowing Water (Voda Roars at Lutaro's Cave Entrance) and 10 Wet Wood (Water Ghosts at Nehelo Swamp) (Water)
Tempest Arrow: Forestia (Wind)
Fire Arrow: 10 Twinkle Stones (Frosche at Athema Ruins Area 2) and 2 Mino Horns (Minotaur Boss) (Fire)
Ceramic Bow: The Overlooked Snack Quest reward. (Earth)

Light and Dark Arrows are yet unreleased.

You will have a pain getting the wet wood for ice arrows, so open map in nehelo you will see they are accumulated in a corner ( the ghosts) .

 

I was trying to find the way to athema ruins and ended up in sofya o.o my game is broken xD

 

From Rugio go to Debacky Channel, advance 1 more map, then there will be a room with the mini boss Silver Roar, keep going forward until you see the exit to another map, don't go through it, that's the way to Sofya, instead go to the right you'll enter a cross shaped room, from that room you can go to Athema if you turn to the left (upstairs).
