Better than player made bow?

 

Vs neutral, yes. Vs other elements, no. And you need to invest more on crit xtals

 

Arrows can't compensate on other bosses?

 

Only thing that makes it better for neutral is the 25% vs neutral... A7cd7cd19, a7cd3cd19 or a7cd19 even cd7cd19 will all be better compared to a measly 14% pierce and 7% long range... Pierce is not that awesome unless you go way overboard like proto with 70% pierce

 

Thanks for the reminder that i still need to farm this. This would be a nice upgrade to my npc sakura lantern bow +s (while still waiting for 200 cap before i stat my player-made bow).

Compared to the halloween bow, this has higher atk, covers the gap that elem arrows cant fill, has better pierce stat and even powers up snipe. The loss of -aggro is acceptable with a couple of -aggro chef friends
