Error Code: 13-7 Purchase Failed When Buying Leveling Tickets

    I have 3 accounts: One through Steam, another on my phone and I recently I bought a Samsung Galaxy S Tab A8 tablet and started a new account on it.

    I can buy orbs on the tablet account but when I attempt to buy a 30-Day Leveling ticket, I get Error Code: 13-7 and the purchase fails. It states, "You cannot purchase the Leveling Ticket again because you have purchased it with another account. This account uses a secondary, different Google Play account as well as different PayPay account. They are both, however, linked to the same Debit Card. I don't know if that's the issue.

    Same payment card seems to be the issue, you just have to use a different payment card. ^_^
