Error code 5

I have been trying to buy orbs for the last few days. I can buy 1 but no more. I keep getting cannot complete transaction in Google play and error code 5 when I return to the gam. I have the money. The card is valid. I have an account for cloud save and the forums. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared cache on both the app store and game. Tried a different way to pay. Still nothing can anyone help me out?

 

Report it to 4sobimo so we Hope the bugs will be fixed.

Email, in game report, I don't remember the "Paths" to the buttons, but they are easy to find.

Me too, but i get error code 3, i need to purchase so i can have a reset book stat but this error keeps appearing and i cant buy any orbs :c
