Error S-1 - Delete Resource Cash???

After the 2/25/16 Maintenance, I experience this error. 5 Mins before the end of the maintenance, I updated the app on playstore. And by the end of the maintenance, I tried to open the app and it downloads the patch (v2.0.0a) normally.
I thought the problem was on my data connection. I tried downloading it on with a better connection. But the error persists.
What should I do? Thanks!

*I already restarted the app and my smartphone. Also Reinstalled Toram.

Download Error
Failed to download the files. Please check your internet connection and try again.
If it fails several times, please delete the resource cash from the button at the bottom of the screen.
(Error Code: S-1)

hmm almost the same time when i also downloaded the game and same problem. reinstalled game still the same. hope its gonna be fixed soon. try to report it also.

 

Same here. Reinstall is the same problem. I'm using an android phone.

 

maybe.. u should go to app manager.. n clear the cache.. after clear it.. uninstall it.. then restart ur phone.. then install it again.. it has no risk.. i have try it

 

same here my phone is iphone it started when i update my game in ver. 3.0.0i

 

and several days have passed and they have not solved the problem and already many have presented the same error from the upgrade of the v . 3.0.0i
