Flare Vlog

Help!! I'm mage lvl 33 and my active main quest is to defeat flare vlog, what should I do?? Can't party with someone and flare vlog lvl too damn high, it 50

 

1. Why can't you party?
2. Level up a little more ^^

 

It's kinda sad seeing a boss that used to be crowded, be almost completely abandoned.

 

Use a water staff and try to solo and if that doesnt work then you can always try using a gunner or bow character, you can beat pretty much any boss with them eventually since there is a lot of mobility with a gunner or bow, meaning you can easily get lots of extra hits and dodge the red circles (aoe) attacks. If all else fails then someone on the forums here can probably meet up with you and help if you arrange a time.

 

A bit low leveled for that boss, and it would be tough for you especially if you just started the game. Try using A water staff so you can get that 25% damage. You just need to worry about its ailment damage. If you have any trouble with the boss I can help you. Its aoe patterns are not that hard to predict. I recoumnd you level up your character a bit more. and go into int ch.

 

Mage... farm a slotted water staff from elizard at land of chaos, set an int+2 xtal. Land 3 normal attacks on volg, if it evade it doesn't count. After 3 normal hits cast your arrows and wall smite. The second half of it's hp will go down slower so keep your revitas set at 75% of your hp.

Well it's main quest so I can't form a party.
If I use a bow or gunner the damage will be pretty low, and water staff will do but my matk still too low for him and his attack rate a bit faster than machelo, I barely cast single spell on him, so I think lvling is a good choice, anyone know what monster for lvling until lvl 47?

You can form a party for any boss. You don't even need someone who's on the same quest... just anyone will do.

Bitter Nuts or Skeletons. You should be passed Dragon Decel so you should be able to do the Nitter Nuts and Nisel Wood Quest. Skeletons goos for money and for grinding lvls. Who said you couldn't form a party? Main quest or not you should be able too.

 

How do you farm spina from skeletons?

 

U can form a party.And if u need help I'll help u.For ur quest u hv to form a party.I mean u hv to be the leader!

 

Skeletons is how most made spina in the past.. (pre-Lv70 skills release). They drop Fatigued Blades and Skeleton Bones, both which sell high to Dedel. Fill bag, teleport to Rugio, sell, return and repeat. Easy hundreds of spina per day, and all from NPC.

What Prec said. Players would also sell W.Spirit For Mana/material for m.d so almost everyitem that was dropped by skeletons were useful in some way. ( expect for there xtals really ._. )

 

the fastest way to gain levels is to do quests.
i did "the walking plants" a lot, but "overlooked snack" and "timber shortage" give the most exp at your level, and you can get the items for both from shell masks in Nisel Mountain.

if the automatic battle after the cutscene is your problem for not finding a party, you can just flee from the battle.
after that you can enter the boss room and start battles manually as usual.

 

Ah. If the above is your problem, there is an easy way around it. Form a party before you trigger the cutscene and be sure to be the party leader.
If your party hasn't beaten the boss yet, you can all trigger the cutscene and be taken to the boss together.
If your party has already beaten the boss, have them go in the boss room and get ready at the boss before you trigger the cutscene. Once they're ready, trigger the cutscene and your whole party will be taken into the boss battle with you.

 

I just realize when I fight flare volg for first time I must solo and dead, then I came again to fight flare volg and I can party thanks to all of you I got someone to lend me a hand and thanks too for spina farm
