Forefist punch

I do not see any possible way to o make a build using this skill.

It has no pierce, the damage os ineffective against high difficulty bosses.

It offers no status bonus as such its only benefit is its critical damage

The damage is low, lower than bad proration rush on save tag.

It nullifies all damage types to 1 for a single minor instance easily bypassed by almost all enemies. Doesn't even block ailments.

How do you use this skill?

 

for dedicated knux user only (not changing different weapon)

the only worth skill itself is lowkey buster blade (boss that have like godlike crit resist)

Yeah it seems weak. Breathworks, Forefist punch and Earthbind (ignore this) scale off max HP and Godhand gives free resist. If the devs intended for Knuckles to be tanky dpses, it may be better to focus on HP more than other defensive stats. Sanctuary + Heal should be sufficient for a solo Knuckle. The main concerns are ailments and fractional damage

 

Thing with this game is you don't know what attacks are fractional until they hit right through your Godhand and one shot you. You have NO reason to be using Forefist in a normal situation so it's unlikely that you'd ever use it to even block that off-chance fractional attack.

You don't need heal, you can use a combo with the tag bloodsucker and be done with it. Only ailments and fractional damage are a problem.

 

Yeah, you'll have to die a couple times but that is the case for other tanks. Even so, Forefist's one time limit sucks

Bloodsucker can be a little risky due to CD and having to deal damage. Perfect defense is great but requires a shield, so Godhand and forefist are our main skills for anything else. Both are unbalanced defensive skills and need a way to heal quickly

 

Thing is, Knux could be a REALLY good endure based weapon but they have no mechanics working in their favour.

 

Yeah, downside of being a (fake) jack of all trades. How much vit did you use on your auto spell Godhand brawler?

Cool! I'll try it. It's my favorite style since brawlers do not rely on weapons (technically they use knuckles and MD but let's imagine the power is innate). Barehand is better in that aspect but their dmg is worse

 

It's an amazingly fun build so good luck! I'm waiting for lv5 skills before playing seriously again.
