    Well I don't really know, from my experience with this thing (happened twice to me) it happened when I've changed character and now when I changed account (I have one that can only get into international, my original, and one for English channel, this one called Enira, for short, Eni. Arina was taken in English channel.

    Same thing happened to me when I changed my account. Back in the days when I was a level 60 Mage or so XD.
