Gift Coryn

Did you guys try to open the box the drop from Gift Coryn? Is that random?

 

It's one of 5 effects:

• Heal 30000 HP
• Death Truffle (Kill you instantly)
• Champagne (+100 MP restored every 10 seconds)
• Restore 300 MP Instantly
• ASPD +10000

Ordered by CB position

 

Atkspd 10000 lasts 30s and kills you once it ends.

 

Does the different gift coryns all have the same type of buff icon?

 

It doesn’t kill you

 

Idk what that means but they’re indistinguishable before use, except on CB

 

Different stats usually have different buff icons, except when they belong to same "buff group". Using same buff group consumables within last buff duration will override it

 

MP regen gift gives it's usual green-colored MP regen buff.

10k atkspd- not sure. Maybe I hit Regretless by accident although I don't think I hit Regretless by accident.

Speaking of icon buffs. Today I learned that "Concert Drink"(HP+3000, 30m) acts as a HP Regen buff. Thus you can combine it with Vita's. Max stack is 20, as well.

and no, I’m certain it doesn’t kill you, at least not every time (tried three times and none killed me)

Aspd 10k confirmed has recoil 100% and is thus not much better than death truffle
It has really niche uses in dps battles and perhaps for a rich support player

 

It's great for tanks then, especially knuckle tanks that has slow animation.

 

they're so tanky they cant even kill themselves with 100% aggro??

 

Knuckle Tanks that use drills and only deals binary damage has no problems with 100% recoil

 

Hmm maybe I won't just sell all these gift coryn's then xD

Theoretically you can use Gift coryn's before a fight starts, and do all the prep stuff (setup CF, Brave Aura, and other buffs, etc.) before using tera speed pot to get rid of the gift coryn buff after. Again, some DPS 1v1 for spina only stuff, otherwise just a massive spina drain
