Gravicep makes Hell Reaper better than Player Crafted

Sadly I don't own a hell reaper, so I did all calculations with coryn club. According to those Hell Reaper can now do more damage (~10%) than player crafted halbs (only non elemental ofc) while maintaining more crit rate (~115 with lv. 7 food) and more MP (~2300 with Lv. 7 food, yes 2300 is useful because gsw reduces max MP by 300).

I can share the equipment I used for the calculations later, I am only on mobile right now.

 

4 Graviceps+death colon=38% srd with only -1200mp and 1000 extra aspd. If you use one slot for ultimate machina instead of gravicep, you get 200 more mp with 3% less srd. Baphomela for 6%, full beard for 6%. Mega alpoca for 6%. You can reach a total of 56% srd. Its a seele zauga killer. If you don't wanna use death colon and use 4 Graviceps+ultimate machina, you'd still have 50% srd with plenty of mp.

 

This isn't as effective actually. Roughly at 130% there is a turning point where atk% xtals increase your damage more than srd xtals. For instance when I have 132% srd and swap gwaimol with gravicep I loose damage. Same goes for the case that I put death colon in and all the other srd xtals and get to 156%. Additionally on halberd the physical pierce stat on UM is wasted and the 1000 aspd from colon isn't really needed as you can reach 50% motion speed anyways. With halberd you also have the option to attack from >7m, which you want to do sometimes. In those cases it wouldn't be very beneficial to rely on srd too much.

From my point of view the ideal set up would be:

Hell Reaper (Mardula+Gwaimol)
Odd-Shaped Knife (and Lil Empress for crit resist bosses)
Armor Atk%Str%CdCd% (Tuscog+Gravicep)
Full Beard (Gravicep+Baphomela (if you never wanna attack from range you could use Mega Alpoca and save SP on MP Boost))
Muscle V / Hallu Spore (Gravicep+Tuscog)

 

Can i ask? Should I swap yashiro dad to gravicep?
I only use 1 slotted add gear..

 

If you are using Hell Reaper, yes definitly

 

What about devil circlet instead of full beard?

I tried it, but at least according to the coryn damage calculater Full Beard gives you more damage and you don't loose on crit rate

So what nonsense i made on my build recently is that:
I used Halberds with Element,Dte20% A10% Cd20 stats instead of Element,Dte20% Cd10% Cd20 (Gwaimol+Mardula)
Because i thought with increasing the base atk or stacking more atk I'll get more dmg....
But what i found that this build(A10%) was actually beating the Cd10% build only when I'm not using any consumable buffs(on papers only,no actual experiment was performed)..
But when i used the consumable like Atk5% atk50, dte5%... My build starts to give me poor results as compared to Cd10%(on papers only)....
The armor i used is Dte20%cd8%cd20cr20(Gravi+Gopherga)
Add gear is FB(Yashiro Dad+Mega Alpoca)
Talisman is DPower (Gravi+Seele)......
