can anyone tell how much + each skill increases?

 

There is no explanation about re-accept mission in these videos. Anyone know how many times re-accept can be used? And how long is the waiting time between each re-accept?

 

once every 5 minutes.
there should be no limit, but if the seed remains unchanged so will the rewards. you probably can't gamble for better rewards.

 

what's the seed?

 

I tried re-accepting these past few week to roll for better rewards, so far the only orb shop item i got was a mana potion, but i saw someone getting notebook of oblivion.

 

random functions use a seed as additional input.
for map generators, the seed is what defines the map. plotting the function multiple times with the same seed will always generate the same result.
for RNG, the seed is what makes the function act random. generating the seed from the current time and date will produce a unique result on every instance. since there is no repetitive pattern, the results become unpredictable.
