Hey so im using halberd and I see Decoy SHot is the well used skill for AMPR. Thing is, it's stationary. I dont want to rely on it.
Currently I use Kairiki Ranshin and Regretless for AMPR. although Regretless is of limited use since it's very risky.

Are there other skills out there that buff ampr for halberd?

there aren't many ampr skills in secondary trees.

halberd uses Warcry of Struggle and Chronos Drive for small charges.
then you can extend your mp a little with Quickdraw and that's it.

Ideally, you'll need the MP regen from dancer. It will give back 200mp if timed properly, in addition quick draw from shot skills also helps.

These do not increase ampr, but provide 100mp (quick draw) and 200mp (spirited dance).

Basically, consider the dancer path as a way to massively reduce mp consumption, or build MP back up.

The issue with ampr, is that to gain 200mp you'll need to increase the ampr stats, by reducing the overall number of atk related stat lines on equipments/crysta. Alternatively an ampr food buff can add up to +30ampr at level 10...but finding a high level version is difficult, but more common today.

Halberd will always have an mp regen issue. So consider it with an attack phase and an MP regen phase. The damage is at the high end, and lower at the ampr end.

Most things were already mentioned above.
    - try to get your AMPR to 100 (patissia, ~20 from avatars, AMPR food)
    - try to have the chronos drive buff active all the time on mobile bosses (for example: reflex-chronos(save)-impact(cons)-dt(smite)-finale(smite))
    - use wcos whenever you are forced to take a break from attacking (spikes, whatever)

Chronos Drive @50% MS, restores around 400MP, througout the 10sec. time frame. While 3 stacks of GSW, 300Mp-ish. And with quick drawm, it is more than enough in case of a one-trick 1mp Combo.
