Halberd help

So I thought about doing dual swords, but the equip is just too expensive. So I thought about doing halberd.

What are the best skills, and suggested stats for halbered?

And what app is this?

 

best stat is a7cd7cd18, the app is einsamkeit (dropped from york). you use halberd for dragon tooth's 100% physical pierce, so that's the most important skill basically. Every cdmg, and atk point counts towards your final damage since there's no skill constant so stack up those xtals and +S
