Have some difficult with emailing toram

    So i got the inquiry 66339
    And i email toram for the past 6 month and all i the answer i got is: Thank you for contacting Toram Online Customer Support.

    Concerning your inquiry, we are sorry for your repeated response, however but if you cannot answer t
    he exact details to the questions asked in the previous message, then we will not be able to proceed
    with looking into your reported issue.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope to continue to improve Toram Online for you to en
    joy.

    Every time i fill out all the needed information but they keep saying that i'm not clear enough

    judging by the screenshot, obviously your account has been banned.

    regarding the "needed information", what did they ask of you and what did you fill in?

    *Fill out the following information with the exact name or official term (no abbreviation).

    - Your character name:
    - Your country/region (if you live in U.S.A or Russia, please let us know Your state or oblast, too):
    - The screen shot of the error message (please attach to the reply):
    - Time and Date you took the screen shot (JST):
    And i fill it all out but they still saying that i'm not clear enough :/

    the only thing i can think of is that screenshot was not sent properly.
    according to the text it should be sent as mail attachment, so any other format (such as embed or link) won't work.

    if your account got deleted because you didn't use it for a long time, there should be a different message, if any.

    based on previous cases i'd say that's the message you get when your account has been banned permanently. so maybe they also don't read inquiries for that account and you are just stuck in an infinite loop of the auto-response software.

    Lmao i haven't login in 2-3 years and my account got banned ?, that not fair at all

    in that case your account may have been terminated, according to the ToS.

    or, if you had a refund of orb purchases via google play they could have banned you for fraud. toram doesn't allow refunds but google does, so a refund results in a ban.

    since the other conditions couldn't be met without logging in, it should be one of these two cases.
    if it is termination, that would explain why your supplied information is insufficient since the given character name no longer exists.

    anyway regardless of the topic legend says if your not japanese then your opinion doesnt matter to asobimo

    in short asobimo only reply to japanese pips (or atleast write using japanese)
