Hellhound chest/orb shop (question of possible extension of this)

The servers are still down and I see a orb shop item I want to get but it says it's only available for a day so I have some questions:

Will this chance of being able to get the chest be extended? (since there is no way I can login to buy said chests until servers are fixed)

Why is the shop having this event if servers are down still? (Is this a clue to say servers are going to be up soon before sale ends...or something more?)

As of this min (10:52 A.M. CST) there has been no change to the bug post on the homepage so has anyone been able to login at all still? If so, how? I mean there must be a possible way if the orb shop is having this 1 day only sale.

Speaking of Avatar stuff still...is there another way to buy these chests without being in the game? (I ask in case there is something I may not know of cause I really want to get the hellhound stuff)

Oh...would it be possible that every player gets a notice sent to our respective devices once servers are back? I check my notices daily...and I really hope this has been considered since so far I have checked the site each day but I would notice the notice faster I think.

 

To answer part of my own post after some digging, some posts I saw say JP servers are still up. ...Well aren't they lucky. Edit: I don't know if it's really true that JP players are still able to play since I have seen no live videos or streams but it would answer why hellhound things are in orb shop event atm.)

 

Also, to others who viewed this...vote on the poll. I didn't put it there to look pretty. I want it answered to show the game devs and players alike that many people are still affected by the server down status.
