Help!: "Account Already Submitted"

    Hello, new to the forums. So i recently got a new phone and wanted to transfer my data from the old phone to the current one, however, once i tapped on "Submit" after filling in the information, it said that my data was already submitted to an asobimo account with a different email. the problem is that i have no clue what that email adress is and if i do remember, i would most likely not remember the password. Is there a way for me to solve this problem? open to any recommendations and legit advice, thnx!

    if you are still logged in on the old device, you may find out the email address from the menu.
    if you know the email and can access it, there should be an option to reset the password.
