Help fill stat for newbie

    does fillstat require the dex and tech stat?

    No, only levels and putting points in the skills are required. Level 190 for +19 statting, 200 for +20 statting... you get the idea

    then this one above is right, but full TEC is recommended (actually it's a MUST-HAVE) if you want to maximize your potential for filling stats
    but, yeah, you don't need TEC to be able to fill, rather you need TEC to filled efficiency
